According to the "Beijing Youth Daily" news, the Football Association does have plans to invite foreign sentries to enforce the second stage of the Super League, but the number is limited, not even more than five.
Recently, some media have exposed rumors that the Chinese Football Association will invite foreign referees. According to the "Beijing Youth Daily" reporter verified that the Chinese Football Association does have a similar plan. While striving to improve the enforcement of domestic professional leagues, the Football Association also deeply feels the great responsibility of "improving the business level of local referees and expanding the camp of excellent local referees".
The news also stated that due to the need to balance the fairness of the penalty and the growth of local referees, even if foreign referees are invited to enforce the second stage of the Super League, the number is very limited, not even more than five. Judging from the needs of practice and reality, the enforcement of foreign referees will mainly focus on some key games of relegation and winning the championship.
However, at present, foreigners entering the country must be subject to no less than 14 days of quarantine observation. Even if the foreign referee can enter the country, it is still doubtful whether the preparation work before law enforcement can proceed normally. Inviting foreign whistle also needs to communicate with relevant international football organizations and depends on the referee's wishes.
"Beijing" also said that in terms of local referee assignment, the Football Association has clarified a main principle-territorial avoidance. For example, Beijing Guoan and Jiangsu Suning have entered the championship group, so the international referees Fu Ming and Ma Ning, respectively registered with the Beijing and Jiangsu Football Associations, should be stationed in the Dalian Division in principle to participate in the law enforcement work of the relegation group.
